5. Game time is forfeit time. There is no grace period, and teams that show up late will be docked points for their forfeit.

6. There will be a $100 forfeit deposit per team for each league. This fee may be transferred from one team to another so long as the form of payment is made via check by the Command(s) or the same captain leads each team. Upon completion of the league with no forfeits, the team will receive a full refund. The team loses $50 of the fee for each forfeit; after two forfeits, the team will be removed from the league.

7. Teams are required to provide their own jerseys; however the program will supply pennies if the team does not have matching jerseys.

8. Protests

  • The Club Sport Leader shall handle all disputes as to point values and updated results.

  • Judgment calls cannot be protested.

  • Protests regarding rules and penalty enforcements must be made on the spot, by the team captain, prior to the next play. If the next play begins, there is no protest.

 9. Awards

  • As tradition at Kings Bay Sports, the Captains’ Cup trophy gets passed around each year to the winning “club’s” trophy case. The trophy will be engraved with the year and the “club” name.

  • A banner will hang in the Fitness Complex gymnasium with the “club’s” logo, year, and “club” name.

  • There will be an Awards Banquet in February of the following year where the champion “club” will be presented with the trophy and banner. The champion “club” is encouraged to bring all athletes who participated on a qualifying Captains’ Cup team.

 10. All teams will be required to follow Kings Bay Intramural Sports Policies and Procedures.
